I feel that this week&weekend was an extremely balanced one.
I stressed stressed stressed the first half of it. Memorized/learned the good 150 buildings/architects/history for my architecture history class for the big midterm and also turned in a take-home 12 pager for my environmental policy&management class. Lot’s of studying with Audrey and constantly admitting “okay, let’s go back to the Mughal and the Ottoman lecture…again.” I won’t say i owned it, but i knew most of them and up until yesterday when i was hanging out with my friend the secret-genius (by secret i mean, you would assume him to be the slacker), that i realized i didn’t do as well as i thought i had. Oh dear, the Humuyan’s tomb, Humuyan’s tomb. all is past, but i am pushing myself harder for the next round.
My second part was surprisingly chill, i finished my homework for three of my classes by wednesday. Proud moment here because i usually wait until Saturday. All to prepare for nice math marathon i threw for myself. #Hoorah! And so much room to kick the stress monster out for this weekend, which resulted in snippets of fun events!

First sushi dish of my life, yes quite embarrassing, but i finally did it…with chopsticks!

I also decided to go with a wedding landscape for my pop-up book project for my landscape arch. class. Since my older sister is getting married this year, i figured it’d be a nice gift for them. (also, this is just the rough outline of what i’m doing haha. there will be bristol/watercolor/craft/indian ink/soft pastels/etc involved).

Hung out/studied at studio with Audrey

Hung out with my hippie amigo. found him meditating while he waited for me. hardy har.
even convinced him to give me the cute box thing. win, i think so ;)

and friday a couple of us went out out, yes to parties aaahaha to campaign for our lovely Rebecca, who’s running for Senate. I love her, and i know she’ll do amazing. Plus we’re on staff so we’ll make sure she does well.

and i ended it with a nerdy math marathon today in the library. and shot this lovely bad boy on the way to the library.
and with that, Happy Pi day, all.
